Service Development Manager

Marcia joined the team in April 2011 from Capita Health, where she held two roles, One as Head of Innovation and Development on the NHS Choices contract and the other as Bid Director, typically for large and innovative Health related tenders.

Marcia has 14 years of experience involving the design and deployment of multiple complex IT solutions for New Media, Sport, Local Authority, Broadcast and Health.

With a passion for developing technologies and finding the right fit for each challenge, Marcia is pleased to be leading work relating to the needs of Paediatric health care across Scotland.

Marcia obtained a BSc Hons at the University of York in IT and Business Management and is Prince 2 practitioner qualified.
