SCTT Programmes

The SCT has historically supported a wide range of projects in response to requests from a number of Health Boards.   Projects supported have focused on the SCT’s main objectives of:

• Unscheduled Care
• Management of Long Term Conditions
• Paediatrics
• Remote and Rural Support
• Education

Following the review of the SCT carried out by the Scottish Government it was recommend that we concentrate on a smaller number of projects moving them from pilot to universal use.  It is anticipated that the SCT Strategic Framework for the next two years will recommend that the following work streams are developed.

• Stroke
• Paediatrics
• Mental Health
• COPD
